Return/Replacement Policy
Return is a scheme provided directly under this policy in which the option of exchange, replacement, or refund is offered.
Return/replacement/exchange is available within 14 days after delivery of the product.
Return/replacement/exchange is offered if the product received is damaged/defective or the customer faces any size issue.
All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. The policy on the product page shall prevail over the general policy.
Pick-up or replacement cannot be delivered to a different address.
Conditions for Return/Replacement
Your product will be checked for the following conditions:
Correct Product: Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match, and the MRP tag should be intact and visible.
Complete Product: All in-box accessories, freebies, and combos (if any) should be present.
Unused Product: The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without stains, and with non-tampered quality seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
Undamaged Product: The product should be undamaged without scratches, dents, tears, or holes.
Undamaged Packaging: The original product packaging/box should be undamaged.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received by Actifit in the condition mentioned above.
For COD orders, refunds can be processed to the customer’s bank account after details are submitted.
If a replacement cannot be processed, a refund will be given to the original payment source.
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days once conditions are met.
COD Orders: Refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account within 15 days once conditions are met.
Wallet Refunds: If chosen, refunds to wallet will be processed within 24 hours after conditions are met.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped or out for delivery. However, customers may choose to reject it at the doorstep.
In case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances by Actifit, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
Actifit reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion.
